How to Open Doors to Other Worlds and Dimensions

There are many out there who believe in the existence of other worlds, dimensions, parallel universes, etc... There are theoratical physicists who like to entertain the idea of such things. But assuming that such places exist, how can any of us visit these places? What if in a parallel universe, right at this moment, there is another version of *you* who is a lot more successful than *you* are in this world? But at the same time, what if you are, say, healthier in this world than that one? And perhaps in yet another dimension, there is *you* that has better luck with relationships?
